Jelutung Harbour Park

Jelutung Harbour Park is a unique hybrid playground combining dry and wet play zones, inspired by the area’s rich heritage as a fishing village. This award-winning installation, which earned the Gold Landscape Industry Association of Singapore Award, provides safe, engaging play opportunities for children of all ages.

The dry play area features Playworld’s innovative InfiNET—a hybrid netform solution offering dynamic climbing challenges and barrier-free platform nets. Children can crawl, climb, and explore this open, versatile structure, developing their motor skills and coordination. A slide complements the netform design, encouraging imaginative and active play while fostering social interaction.

The water play area introduces the first-ever Splashpads built in a Town Council neighbourhood park, with vibrant equipment supplied by Vortex International. The water play elements reflect the fishing village theme, including a boat sail installation that creates a spiralling water effect and a seaweed feature that sprinkles gentle water jets for a sensorial experience. Kids can enjoy interactive fun with rotating 360-degree spray equipment, snake-themed water features, and a boat wheel that lets them control the water flow for creative play.

With interactive spray features designed to maximise fun while minimising water usage, the water play area encourages children to run, splash, and play in a safe, refreshing environment. Jelutung Harbour Park blends innovative design, water play, and climbing equipment to create a fun, inclusive, and safe recreational space for families.
