Tengah Parc Residences

Located at the multi-storey car park at Parc Residences @ Tengah is a rooftop playground that focuses on the development of health, nature and multi-generational wellness. Surrounded by greenery, the play space moves beyond traditional playground layouts by integrating children's play and adult fitness within a shared environment.

For children aged 2 to 5, the playground features two Berliner treehouses connected by a rope bridge, creating an elevated play journey that encourages exploration and confidence. Children can safely access the structures through climbing elements before making their way down the slide. Surrounding the treehouses are several sensory play panels, a flower-shaped spring rocker, and a Butterfly Climber, which provide opportunities for imaginative play, climbing, and jumping within a safe environment.

Located right beside is the playground for children aged 5 to 12. The main play area is the Berliner rope play structure, which doubles as an obstacle course, encouraging children to test their agility and coordination as they navigate the network of ropes. Complementing this are several Playworld ModPods, triangular climbing structures with varied openings that offer countless ways to climb, crawl and weave through the equipment. The playground also features the Playworld Revo, a rotating ring that allows children to spin a full 360° or rock back and forth, creating an engaging social play experience where friends can participate together.

What makes this installation particularly distinctive is its integration of Galopin fitness equipment directly alongside the playground. Parents can remain active while supervising their children, reinforcing the development's multi-generational wellness philosophy. A dedicated callisthenics area includes pull-up bars, parallel bars, a decline sit-up station and a steering wheel climbing bar, creating opportunities for strength training and physical fitness. Residents can also explore a separate indoor playground and fitness station located within the Social Hub of Parc Residences @ Tengah.
